I thought I was dreaming. Workers were prompt, friendly, neat. New furnace and hot water heater installed and working well. Great service and execution, with home left neat and clean. They are now my ONLY HVAC company.

Woke up today in a freezing house. After calling 6 or 7 companies asking if they would work with my home warranty company, Shrek was the only company to say yes! The tech was out to the house and was very helpful, patient and understanding. He even helped us get our thermostat fixed without asking for anything extra, when truly he could have. So thankful to have gotten this company so close to Christmas. 10 out of 10 recommend using Shrek Heating & Air.

Brian is very knowledgeable about the mini splits and he and his crew: Devon, Rob and DJ are doing a great job installing them in my home. This company is the first I’ve used that actually cleans up after themselves. The work has been completed and my home is once again warm. Brian took the time to explain how to use the remote (being up in age the technology can be confusing)and gave me suggestions for keeping everything comfortable. Sasha is now laying on top of the covers instead of buried under them. She followed the guys around as they worked and got the attention from them as well. Thank you Brian and gang for making my home warm again. Can’t wait for summer since I’ve never had whole house air. I feel special.

The most honest HVAC company I’ve ever dealt with. Had Brian out to look at my water heater after speaking with other companies and he was the absolute best. On time, courteous and very friendly to my family and dog. He was the only one to point out two simple repairs to fix our issues that none of the other contractors mentioned. Saved us thousands of dollars. When my wife and I eventually need to replace the water heater, or need any HVAC work, I’ll definitely be calling. Couldn’t recommend any higher.

Everybody needs a number for a good HVAC company in their contacts. Enter this one. our furnace wouldn't kick on. called Shrek, and dispatched Angelo the next business day. he quickly found the issue, fixed it, tested it, and was on his way. I had never heard of Shrek and chose them due to online reviews. Now I'm adding mine, and I've added them to my own contacts. Definitely recommend to others.

It's cold out and my furnace won't work. Shrek was here quickly, ascertained possible problems, made sure I was alright, offered space heater( which I declined), Next day, bright and early, worked. Had to order part ( on Friday, so we had to want until Monday) left space heater. I survived, furnace repaired.Everyone is so nice, polite, friendly. All work covered by warranty. It's almost worth the cold to see them.
