Shrek came out within hours to fix our furnace after it had been out for an entire holiday weekend during an Arctic blast. Our house got down to 41! They gave us amazing service, told me exactly what went wrong and why without mansplaining to me, and I was completely comfortable talking to Robb and Brian while my husband wasn't home. I'll never call anyone else when I get in over my head with repairs!

These guys saved my house, seriously. We hadn't had heat for 4 days, and no amount of DIY was going to work with my furnace. Keep in mind, the "real feel" outside was -10 F, give or take. Called up Shrek (shout out to Rob and Brian) and they sent a team to help. They got my heat back up and running in like an hour, and thanks to them, none of my dogs will have to suffer with cold this winter. Thank you, Shrek!

Shrek saved the day for me when my furnace fan stopped working. On the coldest day of the year in December, they were the only company who could even look at it the same day. Angelo showed up and quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to locate the part and install it, all on the same day. Shrek is a great local business I would use again.

The tech was out to the house and was very helpful, patient and understanding. He even helped us get our thermostat fixed without asking for anything extra, when truly he could have. Brian is very knowledgeable about the mini splits and he and his crew: Devon, Rob and DJ are doing a great job installing them in my home. This company is the first I’ve used that actually cleans up after themselves. The work has been completed and my home is once again warm. Brian took the time to explain how to use the remote (being up in age the technology can be confusing)and gave me suggestions for keeping everything comfortable. Sasha is now laying on top of the covers instead of buried under them. She followed the guys around as they worked and got the attention from them as well. Thank you Brian and gang for making my home warm again. Can’t wait for summer since I’ve never had whole house air. I feel special.

The most honest HVAC company I’ve ever dealt with. Had Brian out to look at my water heater after speaking with other companies and he was the absolute best. On time, courteous and very friendly to my family and dog. He was the only one to point out two simple repairs to fix our issues that none of the other contractors mentioned. Saved us thousands of dollars. When my wife and I eventually need to replace the water heater, or need any HVAC work, I’ll definitely be calling. Couldn’t recommend any higher.
