Called two other places to fix my unit said no Shrek had it fixed in 20 minutes had a great price also had them service my heat furnace also I recommend to all the people I know
I always research before I buy and don't comment until I have information.The Shrek team installed my air conditioner 45 days ago.I had an old style Carrier 2 Ton unit that used R-22 refrigerant and had a slow leak in the coil. The coil is not made any longer and a re-fill of R-22 would have been cost prohibitive, especially knowing it would end up leaking again.So it was time to replace the entire unit.The two gentlemen from Shrek who installed the unit called several times before they arrived and were knocking on my door within minutes of the last call. They obviously cared about my time AND cared about keeping me updated.They got right to work and had the old compressor, old coil, old refrigerant lines and the 220v feed REPLACED within 4 hours.I was especially impressed that the team took the time to make sure the replacement pad that the compressor sits on outside was straight, level and perpendicular to the house.The showed great care in the installation AND obviously took pride in their work.Now on to the compressor. We purchased the American Standard 3 1/2 ton compressor.It is so much quieter than the Carrier 2 ton unit was and man this thing keeps us cool!We compared this years electrical bill to last years electrical bill from the same month. There is a slight reduction in the electrical bill BUT to be fair, this summer is way hotter than last summer.So maybe the savings will be higher?In conclusion, there are not may people I would take the time to recommend, but I am so impressed with Shrek and the team.This is a company you can trust!
We called Brian on Thursday July 18, 2024 around 5:00 pm and he was in our home, saw the problem, fixed the problem and was gone by 6:00 pm latest. We hired him 2 years ago to install a new air conditioning unit and he was in & out and we had a/c running again in one day! He doesn’t over charge. He explains everything very well. He is quick and professional. 10 out of 10.

Best service in Toledo! They gave me plenty of options and explained everything thoroughly. I scheduled an appointment to have my air conditioner replaced and the team was on time and did a clean install in a timely manner. Very honest and trustworthy. Other companies were going to charge me between 6-8,000 for a new furnance but Shrek fixed 1 part for $600. I will be doing all my heating, water tank issues with Shrek! Thanksguys!
Shrek heating was there when we needed them and gave us a very reasonable price. Our furnace started making noise and they got the part for me and replaced it before I even knew I had an appointment! Fast and easy and did good work. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
Furnace went out on Sunday called Shrek Heating & Air Conditioning decided to wait until Monday morning. They were here about 9:30 diagnosed, and repaired my furnace in a couple of hours. very reasonably priced. Would 100% recommend this company to anyone that needs heating or air conditioning work.

Brian came out to evaluate my furnace. He finished the routine maintenance very quickly and gave me honest feedback on the life expectancy of my furnace as well as a more than fair quote for when it’s time to replace it. Will use Shrek again and will always recommend their company.
The serviceman was very knowledgeable and and helpful in explaining things. I have no doubt we will ask Shrek back in the spring to check our air conditioning system.
