Best service in Toledo! They gave me plenty of options and explained everything thoroughly. I scheduled an appointment to have my air conditioner replaced and the team was on time and did a clean install in a timely manner. Very honest and trustworthy. Other companies were going to charge me between 6-8,000 for a new furnance but Shrek fixed 1 part for $600. I will be doing all my heating, water tank issues with Shrek! Thanksguys!
Shrek heating was there when we needed them and gave us a very reasonable price. Our furnace started making noise and they got the part for me and replaced it before I even knew I had an appointment! Fast and easy and did good work. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
Furnace went out on Sunday called Shrek Heating & Air Conditioning decided to wait until Monday morning. They were here about 9:30 diagnosed, and repaired my furnace in a couple of hours. very reasonably priced. Would 100% recommend this company to anyone that needs heating or air conditioning work.

Brian came out to evaluate my furnace. He finished the routine maintenance very quickly and gave me honest feedback on the life expectancy of my furnace as well as a more than fair quote for when it’s time to replace it. Will use Shrek again and will always recommend their company.

I've used Shrek twice. Both times had friendly technicians. They were easy to get in contact and schedule an appointment. They were a little late but that's too be expected in this line of work. 5 stars, will definitely call again.Update: they just replaced my AC. Another good expFriendly, reasonable price, good timing.They explained everything they were doing without being condescending.

The owner, Brian, and his team (Rob, Devin, and the office staff) were a pleasure to work with. They were professional and knowledgeable and provided good communication regarding progress updates. Their performance went above and beyond expectations by lighting the pilot on the hot water heater and making recommendations for other repairs to the home that we may want to consider (from other trades, NOT additional items to pad their bill). Huge shout-out to this business! They replaced my central air unit for me. The quality of equipment is great. The warranty is one of the best in the area. The pricing was FAR better than anyone else's without having to sacrifice quality. Devon and Rob were on time and very professional. They made sure to take the time to show me what was done so I understood everything. They even helped me with a small last minute pipe replacement above my water heater!
